Gender: Female
Age: 9 years
Tribe: half-SkyWing half-SandWing
Physical appearance: Deep orange with gold scale-edges, green eyes
Personality: independent, really smart
Backstory: Mother, a SkyWing, died, and Father is a SandWing in Sand Kingdom. Ember lives in Sky kingdom but is unhappy.

I'm thinking... maybe Ember could be part of the resource team in Oakenwatch that our characters could meet up with when they arrive. It did say she was in the Sky Kingdom, which Oakenwatch is.

That sounds great!! I haven't read your entire story but I read the last dozen posts so I sorta know what Oakenwatch is? BTW I don't need a very big part in the story or anything, you can even kill me if you want lol

"My schedule was ravaged weeks ago," Sol snarled with a mocking air, and his thick voice filled the hangar. Tools shifted as he fought to retrieve the tarps through a narrow cabinet door.
Tobias reached for his bad arm, a subconscious impulsion, and held it against his stomach. "You both will be trading strength and weakness. Be flexible."
Sol leapt back from the cabinet and flared his wings in frustration before diving his snout into the cabinet, snapping the dry wood as he ripped the tarps out and wheeled away from the tool bench.
"Gosh, he's hot." Tobias murmured with a soft shake of his head. "But there's a lot of.. there's so much happening. So much happened." The man glanced away, and for a moment they waited in easy silence. "Eclipse, he hasn't any memory outside of the Scorpion Den. He knows nothing. Absolutely nothing. This isn't his territory anymore. And yet... His pride is consuming."

Eclipse groaned quietly.
"Believe me, I know."
She shifted stiffly, tail curling once before unwinding with a twitch.
"But I can try to teach him a few things," she continued softly, keeping her voice low, aware of the echoing enclosure. "The flight to Oakenwatch will take us through mostly uninhabited terrain, save maybe a few small towns. Our greatest threat out there will be the land itself and rogues. I'll see if I can't get him to relearn a few things about being a dragon again."
Shard rolled upright again, folding her talons under her and resting her head over them. Eclipse gave Tobias a sympathetic glance.
"Don't worry about him, August. I'll make sure he gets back safe. And... without doing anything too stupid."

Shard squeaked, shooting upright and scrambling away from the tumbling wad of thick fabric. Eclipse allowed a low, soft laugh, twining her tail over the Icewing's shoulders.
"Patience, Sol. We can't leave until the sun is set. If we time it right, we can slip through the Eastern side of the city under cover of darkness, but without wasting too much time."
The Lunarwing met his eyes gently, her head cocked ever so faint, an innocence demanding his comply.
"Trust me, Sol. I've done this sort of thing before."
