Kapok slowly and cautiously took the strand of meat between his front teeth and pulled his snout back into the cage before snapping it up in his jaws. He stared at the human again expectantly.(He's like a liddle dog, I'm in love)
Tobias smiled, kindly. "Yes, I'm sure you do,"
He backed slowly away from Shrike, his eyes hardly leaving the dragon as he stood beside the LeafWing's cage.
Tobias gently reached out, offering the brown dragon a bit of jerky from his coat pocket.
"Whew, buddy," he sighed, "gosh, you've been torched, pal. I'll take care of that this evening. We'll getchya to heal up nicely, bud."
No way was he going to let the LeafWing out as well. Especially after seeing them fight so well together.
