Alicanto glared at Vel."Good. Because that's where we're going. Glad to hear you think so highly of the place."
"How exactly do you expect me to get there?"

Alicanto glared at Vel."Good. Because that's where we're going. Glad to hear you think so highly of the place."
"I'll drag you."Alicanto glared at Vel.
"How exactly do you expect me to get there?"
The Cloudwing rolled his eyes, his lips curling in irritation."I'll drag you."
Vel watched her talons in the steam, being sure to splash Alicanto.
"Drink up, folks. It's back to the desert for us."
She lumbered a few feet up the riverbed.
"Oh, and Ajax? You're carrying the rotten fruit, I call carrying the rotten dragon."

Do you wanna wait for Bean Cap?The Cloudwing rolled his eyes, his lips curling in irritation.
"Very funny," he snorted, leveling Vel with a cold stare, his ears lying flat. He glanced back at Ajax.
"Any of that fruit mushy enough to splat at high velocity?" he murmured, only half joking.

King leapt upwards into the sky, unfurling his huge blue and white wings and catching the air gracefully. He kept one talon protectively over Knight and the pouch he rested in, careful not to drop him. Once they were in the air king glanced down at the bustling town. “It’s oddly peaceful for me, the town I mean. I was raised in a trading city, nothing ever got quiet there. But here, In the Nest it’s different, you’re not a dragon on display for humans to oogle at or bid on. You’re free.Phoenix laughed. “I’m not used to… all this,” she said apologetically, waving a wing at the bustling atmosphere. “The forest is a lot quieter.” She smiled up at King. “Lead the way!”
@YukikoWhitestar skidded around one of the hallway intersections, hearing his name echo loudly from Austin's voice back the way he'd come.
They were getting nowhere with that self-centered little creature. Alyssia was missing. Bamboo and Apple were in the middle of a dangerous place with little more than Austin's lies to protect them. Blackout wasn't anywhere closer to finding the Lunarwing he'd come for. Citrus, while new to the group, wasn't even close to being free.
And Whitestar didn't even know the first place to start looking for Eclipse. Fear tore at his mind, threatening to drag his thoughts back into the icy whirlwind of panic. She could be dead; Somewhere among the bodies that littered the floors in the Den. That thought terrified him more than anything.
Whitestar slid to a stop at another intersection, his chest heaving, tail lashing. He was already completely lost, and he didn't even know the first place to start looking for Alyssia, let alone the exit after that. He was also pretty sure he wouldn't be able to make his way back to the others if he even wanted to.
Think, Whitestar, come on. What do you have?
He turned a full circle, trying to ignore the few dead humans slouched against the walls.
Strength. That doesn't do me good now, but I can probably survive a fight with some Nigthwings if I had to. Helpful, I suppose. I have ice too. Maybe...
He glanced around, guilt tugging at his chest as an idea began forming in his mind.
I should have done this from the start.
He reached down toward one of the humans and lifted a sharp, metal pole off the ground from beside it. The object looked sort of like a spear, but not exactly long enough and as sharp as would likely be recommended.
"Enchant this... tool to find Alyssia the human," he whispered, not entirely sure why.
The metal rod lifted out of his talons and swiveled in the air like a compass needle, suspended in the air by some invisible force. Whitestar ignored the horrible chill coursing through his veins as the spear shot off down one of the tunnels, the Icewing close behind.
The metal rod whizzed and twisted through the halls, barely slow enough for Whitestar to keep up, and he nearly slid into the walls of the maze several times. He wasn't running for very long though, before he rounded a corner and found the tool stopped in the air, frozen, and hovering less than a foot from the human crouched against the wall.
"Alyssia, thank the moons," he breathed, still panting.
Remove all enchantments on this tool.
The spear clattered to the ground at Alyssia's feet and Whitestar paced toward her, his wings sagging with relief.

(I honestly can't wait to read her reaction to this)
