This is Daisy...yes I know he's a boy. Long story...anyway... he's off balance and has these dry patches on his face.
Any ideas? He's eating and drinking fine.

How old is he? He looks like he has been pecked or has injured his face on something sharp, maybe fencing. It does not look like fowl pox. I would put some coconut oil on his wounds. Do you have other roosters? Loss of balance can be from dehydration, being kept from food and water if there is only one station, ear infections, and with virus such as Mareks. Have you seen any lameness, and is he using both wings and legs normally?

I don't think it's an injury...hes the only male and there is one female. I do have coconut oil, I'll give that a try. He using his legs and wings normal... Is there a way to check for an ear infection?

I would get some QTips and gently insert one into his ear canal to see if there is any gunk, and look for any swelling on the outside of the ear canal. They will sometimes shake their heads.
