I raised meat birds with out electricity. They are incredible fast growing and produce a lot of heat. As for water, one can haul a lot of water. I think your problem is going to be the predators. I would suggest a solar electric fence.... but I don't have any experience with bears.
Meat birds are predator magnets. 50 to 100 is a lot to process all at once. If this is your first experience, it would be better IMO to start with a smaller group... figure things out, then later on, increase your numbers.
