House cleaning, making a batch of soap, maybe get some reading in.

The weather is weird today, it's not raining but, it is kind of misting like you get in a fog, but, no fog here. Misting at 86 degrees is interesting to say the least. It's really overcast so maybe it will rain at some point.

I like this!

We have a town nearby that is proud of their chickens.
They roam the streets everywhere, and they have a parade

Oh wait! I googled to find a link to post, check this out, yikes!

Looking over the article, this sentence caught my eye; "So far, more people are claiming egg-laying hens than the more numerous roosters. Chicken supporters fear the roosters could end up in some illegal cockfighting ring, or equally distasteful, a stew pot." What the hey, stewed chicken is great. People are stupid.

We have been getting that misting fog stuff in the morning. Some days it almost looks like it had rained, and i have to use wipers on the way to work. Then it kind of dries up and its just grey. But it is not 80*. More like 58* or up to 64*, which is ok when the wind isn't blowing. But it is nice for hot flashes!

Well, they should roast them at the mission, like the old days.

Yikes, I better keep quiet!!
I would love to catch a few. Hens that is.
Lots of those type chickens run feral around here, too.

I have a few game hens now, they are nice birds. And, then when that rooster came for a visit for awhile, and the eggs were fertile, and I let two hatch, well, one is a rooster.
He's turning out interesting color. I tried to get a pic of him the other day, but he is quick, so I will try again for a not blurry pic.
