He sees it as better for the mental health and being "easier" to men (at least MY DH) easier is better for everyone. I have to remind him OFTEN that what is easier for YOU isnt necessarily BEST for THEM.

Oh yea, I know, but somehow lugging a 16 quart pot of boiling water up the hill does not sound like a relaxing bath would be worth it. Even if I went up and down the hill multiple times with smaller pots. I'm lazy like that.

I've even thought of hooking up a bunch of hoses and running them from my house to his house to fill the tub.

I don't use the hot water except for dishes 10 months out of the year. All hose water, all the time.

What I REALLY need is a cooler on my pipes. Even at full cold, the water can come out burning at first.

yea, its a project house, he's done a lot of work to it. takes a lot of time and money, so it goes very, very slowly,
