A friend of mine, completely unbeknownst to me, sent an email inquiry about a horse the BIL and SIL have for sale and received a reply that was totally nasty and uncalled for, basically stating that she would never sell a horse to me or to any friend of mine, culminating with a P.S. Watch your back.... All I can figure is that she thought I was trying to buy one of her horses through a friend? That's the short and sweet version. Suffice to say my friend was quite taken aback and emailed me in a bit of a shock.
