Yeah, I looked it up after I posted. A half acre is just shy of 22K, whoopsie doodles.

You can find it on zillow too. the place we were looking at last year sold for 2.2k/acre.... you have no idea how much of a bummer 10 acres, barn and outbuildings gone for 22k was.
