Guess what I brought for lunch today?

Two Greek yogurts and a banana.

Now I get to drive an hour one way to pick up a sink and faucet for an emergency install at the Subway in town, some punk kid broke their bathroom sink off the wall last night and they only have the one bathroom. Sigh.

See ya'll in a couple of hours.

My dad's family name was Delaney until they came over on the boat and switched it to Laney at Ellis Island in order to fit in better. There really aren't a lot of Laneys. One of my dad's nephews did a geneaology book for him for his 60th birthday that goes way back to Ireland and the family coat of arms and everything...sparkles I should grab that from him and we should get together someday and you could teach me something about this stuff!

I am here, cognative, and uninjured.

Yoga class went well--there was only one pose I could not do (and thus didnt attempt). One of the warrior poses.

Pretzel Marine was doing a student teacher eval- so there were these two teeny ancient yogis walking around, correcting him, and giving his steely glares. When combined with the HUGE class (all his friends and fam showed up, including his mom) Pretzel Marine was a bit nervous. He did fine, but the "flow" of the class was a little off.

He was supposed to come over and work on Tyge's truck, but he felt a little beat up by the yogis and stayed home.

We pushed our Christmas cantata out to February.....

I think the "company in droves" had something to do with it.​
