Office Work, Part Deux: Professional Mayhen

Once upon a time I went to a Toastmaster's meeting with my dad.
Everyone gave speeches and stuff.
At the end, some one had kept track of how many times each speaker had said 'um'
I try not to say 'um', but I'm sure I do more often than I am aware of. tee hee

I can avoid the ah and um, but really only in a professional environment.


I have been told that I am a tottally different person on the business phone. People I have texted to call me at work hang up because they thing they got the wrong number.

Morning everyone! Algae my DD was on soy based formula, it stunk to high heaven. I'm glad the babies are doing well.

Gretchen if your little girls fever keeps going up place an ice pack wrapped in a towel under each arm (arm pit area and one under the back of her neck. It will help it from getting too high.

I got the CDs this year. Otherwise we end up with 10,000 "exchange" photos that my boys will never actually exchange with anyone. Seems like a waste.

I've been counting calories and working out consistently and my weight is going up up up. DISGUSTING. I am not a happy camper this morning.
