Again, my kids love spam. not cold, but diced up in fried rice they devour it.... Spam is not evil if consumed in teeny tiny pices that are fried to total crispy oblivion.

Truth: My BFF makes a Spam hotdish that is To. Die. For. It's horrible for you (tons of cheese, Spam, noodles), but it's soooo good. However, that does not alter the fact that Spam scares me.

Dear Blackheart,

Hotdish is easier to spell, and warmer sounding, than casserole. And we need all the warmth we can get. Trust me.
