To thicken it, you could make a roue by adding some flour to the melted butter and "toasting" it for a few minutes before adding the veggies....

Me. Talked to a friend who went there for a class trip in high school (German student) and he said the food was AWFUL. Fatty, fatty, horrible meat. No thank you.
