She seems to be doing good there. She is very quiet. She is in a field alone, but neighboring fields have horses. She doesn't seem lonely....seems content by herself for now. Just very quiet. Probably a bit shellshocked as she spent the last 2 years at the other barn with those horses. This is all new for her. She is a grass eating machine. I gave her a good scratch under her head, between her cheeks.....she was doing the crazy head bobbing and lip wiggling like she always used to.
She won't stay alone there forever....she will get a roommate soon, or will move into the field next door that has 2 mares. i'm just glad she has an all you can eat buffet again.
