Esmerelda must be a goner, but I haven't gotten around to doing an egtopsy yet.

And when I tap on Eduardo no one answers there, either

There have been at least 3 power outages during their incubation. Other than that, I thought I did everything right.

I had a dream a couple of nights ago that 3 emu hatched out of one egg, and I woke up so excited. Then I checked the bator and almost cried. Nobody is peeping. Esmerelda should've hatched by Easter. Eduardo still has another 10 days (I think).

People are really liking my Pink Salt post....except for the people who believe in it, of course.

No, I don't think so. But according to other emu threads I've read, I should see the egg rocking or something. And I don't. I don't set it down and starre at it for LONG periods of time, just a minute or two here and there. And nada.

I refuse to toss it in a bucket of warm water.

Maple, lori can attest to the fact that my dogs were acting ridiculous when she was there. Because my dogs aren't used to people coming over. They get overly excited when they see new people....and jump around and act ridiculous.....HOWEVER, I will beat them if they act like that normally. They are allowed to jump but not touch me. Jump around in the air acting ridiculous but do. Not. Lay a paw on me.

Does molly have any basic obedience skills? You need to get her to where she will sit and wait for you to unhook her. My dogs must sit and wait for their collars to be hooked to the leash and then be given a release command to exit the open gate.

My dogs may have minimal manners but they have "safe ones".
