I saw a special on tv once about this lady who was getting a reduction.....she was laying in the hospital bed and she was a bit hefty anyways....but even then, they still draped down her sides onto the bed next to her like another set of arms.

And her hubby was upset she was having it done! I was like, seriously?!?! She could wrap it around your neck, tie a square knot and throw you overboard without fear of splashback. Get that schnit shrank.
