Okay I walked it down to our mail box about half an hour ago. And just go told our maillady came early today....like, AN HOUR AGO.

Seriously......nothing going right this week. I didn't even mention spilling gasoline on myself yesterday, dousing my hands with roundup, etc etc.
Is the week over yet?

No, week just started, what is wrong with this week, it's just a crappy week all week. Grrrr.... Maybe I should yell at the week instead of drama llamas.

Jacob was so good at the baptism. Father does the ceremony during the mass, so the whole congregation can witness it and Jacob was smiling, cooing and waving his arms at Father when he was praying over him. A lot of people came up to me afterward to say they'd never seen a baby so happy to be baptised.

Call me a nerd, but the things that I found to be happy about today are:

X-Men: First Class
Learning to make Macarons
Bug Bombing the camper I just bought (WITHOUT a cent from DH, my first big-girl-pants milestone)


Because spring is late, the tiller that BIL borrowed is broken so I can't till my garden which is bordering on LATE, and my computer crashed.... I have to find little things to cheer me up.

I ate some not-so-healthy food for breakfast and my stomach isn't happy with me. Ugh.

Gotta complain about office work for a minute. I get so annoyed when people go to Home Depot or Menards and pick up faucet and fixtures and think they got a GREAT deal because and "stuck it to the man" by buying it cheaper than they could get it from their plumber....BUT WAIT....those fixtures may have the outward appearance of being the same thing, but they are NOT! Just had a customer in here with a tub spout that I could have probably bent with my bare hands...but he was thrilled with it. *shakes head ruefully* I hope his bathrooms don't get much use, because that junk he bought is never going to hold up if they do.
