Oh wait, no I won't becasue then I wont have anything to read when I can't sleep. I lurk because I enjoy your snark, but mine does not come across in print very well. Unfortunately my office has already reached chicken overload from all my screen savers and egg sales, they have blocked BYC from my computer. Yes I need to find a new job. Any of you hiring?

I love my little evil splash mottled rooster in the background in that last picture. I removed the head rooster from the cochin pen this morning (in preparation for the show this weekend) and so he was strutting his stuff.

Someone made a comment about us only having 5 members, which is kinda bull. (I tried to type balogna, but couldn't figure it out without singing) There are about 20+ of the tight group, all coming and going as necessary. Support group for those too smart to stay quiet. It's rough when you are smarter than those around you, and no one can keep up with your humor.

That being said, buffster often runs circles around me.

Random thoughts: So a BYCer came over yesterday to help me weed my garden. Then we went to look at my plutheria of broodies. I pulled the top of the nesting box up (which makes the hens just below face-height) and Daphne got all big and hissed at her.

Then she was all: "WHAT THE FRENCH TOAST???!!! I didn't know you actually OWNED the chicken in your avatar! SHe's friggityfracking scary!"***
