Friday before a holiday everyone leaves at 2:00 pm but one or two people. I haven't been off at 2 pm since freakin last September. Guess who is stuck here again??? I just adjusted the rest of the years schedule so the rest of the holidays for the YEAR I am off at 2 pm the Friday before.

but I've had fair to good luck with shipped eggs this year.

the last batch goes in the bator tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm amazed at what can hatch given how the kids collect the eggs some days. Oh well, I suppose if the eggs can hatch thru all of that, then they are pretty sturdy and healthy chickens at least.

Poor Sparkles, migraines suck so bad. Best to climb in bed in a DARK room and try to sleep. So, glad I don't have those any more. They were real bad when I lived in Arizona. Go figure.

Hope you all are planning some fun festivities this weekend. We on the other hand will be doing hubs favorite weekend activity. NOTHING. I'll probably make some soap, maybe some lotion, maybe paint the chickens toenails. I dunno.
