Twincubator, I got her flymask at horse.com a couple years ago. They have something similar there for sale.....few different expressions.

Thanks everyone for the support and kind words.

Ok, so I've round up all my outdoor furniture, pool toys, kiddie roller coaster, fallen branches...but I have yet to find my lime green floatie!!!

Where oh where has my floatie gone? Oh where oh where could he be?

I like my cow in that fashion also. Not so much still walking around on 4 legs.

Ohhhh I love cows! Of course now having said that actually owning a cow will be a new experience! I've been reading and reading and reading about the care and I dont really have anyone to ask for advice so it will be a lot of live and learn type stuff. I want a mini because less milk but I want enough to make butter, cheese, yogurt and buttermilk for baking and and and and......I've looked at having a couple for eating purposes but I think I am probably to much of whimp and could never let them go. Heck I have trouble putting down a rooster. Okay so now you've seen my soft side.

Oh did I tell you guys they hired another nurse here for the office....

I've named her idiot #2

MINI Angus are called Dexters and they are NOT mean

Dexters or Lowline Angus are more of the original angus genetics. The big beefy angus you see today are the result of breeding lowlines with holsteins to get a larger skeleton for the fast growing muscle of the beef gene to grow on. Herefords are docile, but they have such big bones that they dont get as much meat... and they have such big skulls they're just ugly.

Thank you for clearing that up! Sign me up for 3 Dexters and a Jersey for my future farm.
