You know how everyone has that story of the fish that got away?

Not me.

I have the story of the menfolk who caught fish after fish long into the night, after several jack & coke's. Then there is the story about the 15+ pound carp they caught at 11:45, and were SO excited about it, they ran up to the tent, opened it up, leaned in to show me....

....and promptly dropped the carp onto me and the sleeping kiddos.

There was flopping, and yelling, and tipsy giggling.

The carp survived, the kids were fishy, but no one was harmed in the making of this fish tale.

I would be a divorcee today if my husband had dropped a stinky slimy fish on sleeping me in the middle of the night on Saturday. Yes, it would be the world's fastest divorce, EVER.

Frosty, one of the EEs, spent most of the day standing on one foot in the hay room in the shed yesterday. She's not sneezing or bubbling or anything alarming like that, and she did eat and drink a bunch before she went to roost last night but this morning she seemed content to stay on the roost. Not much I can do but see how she is tonight, I guess. It did occur to me that possibly one of the horses stepped on her foot, but it looks fine and she can walk on it. So, dunno.

I have a noon appt to get my right wrist x-rayed.
The ace bandage helped until I had to answer a ton of phones and do some data entry.
I think my arm must've sdwollen up a bit more because the ace bandage feels tighter and my fingers are colder than usual.

I rewrapped and nmow it hurts worse

Have I metionedfs lately that I hate Mmondays?

I may cut all my hair off tonight. Or more accurately, my stylist may cut all my hair off tonight. DH thinks I should. I was trying to grow it out, but it's driving me crazy. What to do...
