And wanna know what else sucks about my x? So my dad dies and I inherit 10 k and use the majority of it bailing him out of debt. Plus my mom had to put in MORE thousands of dollars aiding him with the assumption that he would pay back...should have gotten it in writing it seems. Then at the house sign over, he says, I would never take your family home from your family nor would I expect any money from it or from your mom.

Really? Cuz as it stands...I'm having to move out because he wants half of the equity. I try REALLY REALLY hard not to think about all the ways I was bent over.
