Wow. I have roomy hips, too, but I grow smallish babies. I'm really grateful for the roomy hips because I can deliver them fast. This last time, I didn't give the doctor enough time to get gloves on. I was in a hurry to make the contractions stop. They hurt.

My hips look roomy from the outside, but apparently are not from the inside.

Two attempted natural births that resulted in two c-sections, and I have the big ugly scar and roll over the top of it to prove it.

I am envious of all of you who can do it the natural way!

E and R were 9-14 and 9-12, respectively. They took R a bit early, because they were worried he was getting too big.

Both were natural births (except for the patocin to induce R) and took me 23 and 15 minutes of hard labor. Not pushing...labor. I pushed twice with R.

Yeah, my longest labor was 5 hours. Please, they all but fall out of me. Snicker.
