OMG, I just stopped in to say hi and see sickness and injury, overworked, banged up and broke OWies. I believe I will just wash my hands and walk away before I touch anything. Maybe go for a walk in the heat. FAXing you all good wishes, healthy thoughts and triple antibiotic cream.

Maybe this'll cheer y'all up. I've never been a fan of Lemon Meringue Pie, but it's FIL favorite, and DH asked me to make him one for his b-day Monday. I got this recipe online (got lots of great reviews) and it is the most amazing and delicious pie!!!

I'm having a pretty good day. DH left to take FIL home.

He's a nice guy, but the smell was really getting to me. Now I just have to Clorox everything. It's nice to have the house back to ourselves.

I took our dog to the vet for her shots. She's perfectly healthy, so that's great. I love our vet! I had our dog Heartworm tested, it was negative and I asked the vet if I could use Ivermectin cattle pour-on instead of HW preventative. She said sure and even calculated the dose for me.

Belle, glad stinky FIL went home. If that would have been my FIL, DH would have said, "Man, you STINK. Go take a shower."

The gift of beating around the bush was not granted to my DH.
