Alrighty then. Came into the office today and was greeted by a large puddle of water in one of the bedrooms. It finally rained here yesterday and now we apparently have a new leak in the roof. Sweet. Can I go home and go back to bed now?

I run a program for homeless families with children. We have three guest rooms and two offices. There have been times when I've had to come in, in the middle of the night and it's easier to stay then to drive all the way home. I also have my own bathroom with a shower. Small perk. Downside is the office was a garage and the insulation is non existent, if it's hot outside I'm hot. If it's cold outside I'm cold.

Good news, a board member has offered to pay for the repair. Time to celebrate! I hear there is desert in the kitchen. nom....

Of course I give you permission! I was up early today, son is in town and offered to buy me breakfast! It was good.

I have determined my inability to move at times is attribted to 108 heat. That is depressing in itself. I need an iced coffee.
