Office Work, Part Deux: Professional Mayhen

well today boyd got some good news and bad news.... good news is that out of 8 applicants (and 2 open positions) 6 fellow employees were told they didn't get the job. I wasn't one of the 6. Then my boss comes to me and tells me he has to cut 3 folks (we caught up on work) and was wondering if I wanted to go home early. Since I've been working 10-12's all week I said YUP!

He said good, it'll probably be your last chance to do so... .... read between the dots ... ... ... 5-6$ an hour raise for boyd, been officially working for the company for 3 months and 3 days and getting a promotion.

I find out officially on monday.

i've been working so stinking much lately that I hardly know if I'm coming or going and trust me, less is more, my garden is starting to come in

But thank you. It's been forever since I've applied for this so its kinda cool they are finally making their minds up.

Well. Ken built me a new computer with the latest IE and windows 7. Then he gave me a microscopic monitor. I mean this thing is probably 13 inches. Ugh.
