My car is still pplugging along but doesn't sound so pretty. Passenger side window doesn't work, drivers side window is temperamental. Still has a leak in something important. Can't think of the name......too many people talking in my ear....

Okay now the owner of the property might work with us. I need to win the lottery so I can just buy land out right with out all the bull pucky that goes with purchasing a home.

Deb I feel for ya. I think a car purchase is almost as stressful as buying a home.
