I absloutly refuse to wear anything in the snuggie family. or a bathrobe that's not made of silk. So I dropped 800 on a sweater coat, the I figure i'll wear inside during the coldest months, and outside in spring & fall.

Now no one tell mr saddi I spent $800 on a coat that could be replaced by a 19.98 snuggie ok?

Oooh, goodness. No Snuggies here either. Columbia, Carhartt (for chores) and good old fashioned wool coats. I actually am not a fan of layering clothing (feels like I'm strangling) so I am often out in an arctic Carhartt and a T-shirt doing chores even when it's -30.

No one ever accused me of being smart, mind you.

Doesn't carheart make pink overalls?

Mud boots? Do I want to know?

I wear crocks, the smooth soles are easy to get the poo off the bottom of before I go back in the house.

Indeed they do. Coats too.

Mine are just plain old brown, though, it goes so much better with horse slobber and poo.

I had garlic cheese toast and raspberry iced tea for lunch. Not really what I wanted, but DH wanted to go to his favorite pizza joint and I don't like their pizza.

I feel the need for a vegetable.

Even in the dead of winter?
