I like naughty little kitten heads...you know the kind? The kind that bop up and down when they are looking at something...like the hamster or a fly buzzing around?
That made me just think of my outdoor cat who's fuzzy...you know fuzzy daccers (assuming he may read this one day)...well, she had a hair ball in the garage attic and it had hard winged bugg parts in it...as if the hair ball itself wasn't disgusting enough.
...back to thinking about cute alert naughty little kitten heads bopping....

Hmm, again, not my stuff, but mine is still pretty neat and organized. Did you know you can actually find stuff if you put it away?!?!?!?!
Who knew
You mean like the way I couldn't find my can opener last night? It was in the garage of course.
It seems like if I actually put something were it belongs instead of on the kitchen counter or the dining room table I can never find it. Then DH finds it were it was suppose to be. Yep I'm going through the beginning stages of old womans disease LOL

Severe off-the-charts ADHD, ODD, violent mood swings, aggressiveness/bullying, anger, expressive-receptive language disorder, cognitive delays and/or inabilities, dangerous impulsive behavior. Encopresis, enuresis, and boarderline intellectual functioning. So far. She's 7. I'm thinkin' birth mother did meth.
Holy CATS! Poor kid. My ex SIL's step daughter is also a meth baby. She's undiagnosed at this point, she's 11. One specialists says this, this and thins. Then the next one says that, that and that. They are just guessing. The last batch of test the Dr.s said she's mildly retarded. I thought Retardation was an umbrella that other specific disorders were catagorized under. I don't know.
Somehow I know that the "real" DD#2 is in there screaming to get out. And I'm right; at least about the screaming bit.
We won't ever really know if shes a meth baby or just drew a short straw. She's has and has had lots and lots of doctors, early childhood intervention, language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy,is in a special education program during the school year in a class of 9 kids and three adults plus a school psychologist (still gets sent home on a regular basis) supplements, special diets, medication, probiotics, Kefir, Kombucha, Chinese herbal tea, alkalized water, chiro, brain mapping, neuro-feedback, applied kinesiology, testing...everything we can afford and can accomplish with or without her cooperation, and then some. Without medical insurance (we make too much. what????) I own and have read enough books to create a special needs section any library would be proud of. Birth-mom should be spayed and I say that with the most unkind intention. She's had 5 kids at the ripe old age of 24 and she's now producing them two at a time. If (we have two of the girls, 16 months apart), loves the attention and extra gov't services she gets while preggers and has stated that she has no intention of stopping. Apparently has no qualms about adopting them out. BM (take that either way) seems pretty dull mentally herself, but DD#3 is as bright as a button thank you God. If BF had not been incarcerated during the pregnancy DH#2 might have had a better outcome as he was there for part of DD#3's gestation and although he may not be bio-dad he seems to have kept BM a little more in line. Oh, did I mention Autistic Disorder with clinically significant ADHD symptions? Or Mood Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (not stable enough to test at this time) and her blood sugar level is rising because of the medications. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?
Today's blood draw was particularly fun, DH was too busy to attend. I didn't give him enough of a heads up; whoops my fault.
This is why I no longer have an office job. Next task: Applying for Long Term Disability.
Rant over.
I really appreciate all the good vibes, prayers and support. And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

I don't understand that song at all. My logical mind cannot comprehend the illogic of it.
I somehow missed that was a song at ALL.
I'll go back to my cello music world. My MIL and I have Farewell on repeat. So far, SFIL and kids haven't complained. I'm talking about almost 3 hours of ONE song. It's that awesome, and no one is sick of it yet. Charlotte thinks one of the guys in the band is insanely hot, but she's 14 and if he wasn't so young, I'd probably agree.

Oh my gosh, so incredibly tragic. Sometimes when a baby dies, it's not necessarily the worst thing. Sometimes they live. Maybe I'm cruel, and a life is a life, but oh my gosh, what pain, and it will last a lifetime, to everyone affected.

Got a link to that? I LOVE Cello music.
Ugh, geesh, poor kid AND you! Bless you for taking her in!
Because I'm nice like that, despite what the cool kids say, here's the link instead of making you dig in the thread -
