I have to admit, I had a hard time doing the video.
That's ok, I can keep practicing.
Plus its hard cuz you have to watch the video, and learn the exercises.
So, if I keep repeating the first 10 mins for awhile, that will build my strength and I will learn what the heck it is they are doing.
Just now I made it through 27 minutes, but, I think it will be better to break it down more, as I said.
My core is headed toward weak, and my gut is in the way, but this is all doable!
Take the time it takes to do it!
Hey, when I wake up in the wee early hours and can't go back to sleep, that is where I can find the time to get er done!
It really does take more time to complain about not having time and all the reasons why, than to just do it before the complaining starts!
