I am so sorry for all the emotional abuse so many of you had to go through.

And physical abuse, too.

How can an outsider help some one in that position?

Parents never abused me...ignored me a lot but never abused. BF before DH was mentally abuse, got out of that relationship after a year together and then was stalked by him for a year. DH had to rack him against the wall...all DH would tell me is that I would never have to worry about him again. Never saw him again.......I love my hubby!

Now all teachers are mandated reporters, if we even *think* that something may be amiss, we are required to report it for investigation. to not do so makes you legally liable.
