Hrm, only crap I get is from the freaks back home who saw everything, and said it was just because I was acting out and being a bad child. If I was a good Christian and did as my parents told me to, I'd not get smacked around and whipped. Granted, I'd have OD'ed a few times over by the time I was 18. But still, I should have listened to my parents.

Yup, knowing I'm nuts and could easily be prone to being a very bad parent helps. My kids also know if Mom walks off, to not follow and nag and whine more. You WILL get yelled at for real then, and then it's worse.

Best part about being over 30 is you don't need parents anymore. As my sister is just as crazy as our mother, we no longer speak (it was one thing when she was sniping at me, but she took a shot at my deaf son, uhhh nope).

Of course it helps that I have really [/i ]good kids. One is a people pleaser and is always looking for ways to help. the other is charming, adorable, and I probally should get him camera work again, but he's just plain cute.
