It WAS posted there, that's where I got it. But I have one of my own that although a little more complicated, produces puffy wonderful pancakes that freeze well, if they don't all disappear. I want to try the easier one in the blender and compare.

Ok, yesterday had sucky parts to it that just hit the fan. My doctors appointment had to be rescheduled to Friday, DD#2 met her OT at school and freaked out (same guy she loved in Kg), and she appears to be developing a fear and loathing response to men. Early in the trend, we'll track and see.

DH keeps asking me when I'm giving my notice. I'm tired of all the drama and the blame game. So it will probably be soon.

Drama, mismanagement, bickering between coworkers (the adults unit hates the family unit, petty stupidness), on top of being the lowest paid county in the state with some of the highest caseloads... bunch of crap.
