Drama, mismanagement, bickering between coworkers (the adults unit hates the family unit, petty stupidness), on top of being the lowest paid county in the state with some of the highest caseloads... bunch of crap.

Here its the point your finger game and I'm not taking responsibilty game. I'm really sick of it. If I didnt do my job as well as I do and document EVERYTHING to cover my but, I would have been fired along time ago. But the cant ever pin anything on me (becasur 99 percent of the time its not my fault).

Around here its "lets not communicate at ALL and then make up stores to try to get others fired."

Case in point, "hey Rachel, what does this girl need to bring in for verifications? Oh, btw, she's going to you cause you're next up."
me: "Well I need x,y,&z but if she wants this fixed today theres no point in my seeing her till she has those things."

The above convo was turned into "Rachel refused to see the client even tho I asked her nicely and the poor lady didnt get any help." which I spent 20 minutes sitting in my supervisor's office for.

On a lighter note, I applied for a branch librarian job this morning!

30 miles closer to home, almsot the same hours and benefits, a few bucks less and hour but I'd rather sell the camper and keep my sanity than afford the camper but do hard time for homicide....
