One of my relatively well connected friends, when I told her about the scammer thing, said "wonder if everyone knows about this"..........teehee. sounds like the wheels are starting to move in the right direction....

One of our phone reps lives in Glendale, so the west-coast hours isn't a big deal. I think she takes the afternoon shifts because the business runs on east-coast time. I'm comfortable asking the owners what areas they're planning to hire new people for the 2012 season, if you give me your basic skill set?
