I had a burrito at lunch, but made ceviche for dinner. That makes up for it, right?

Maybe. If I knew what ceviche was.

Somewhat/kind of raw fish. It's cooked with citrus juice, not heat.

And that there is more than enough for me to not go near it with a 10 foot pole.

I brine turkey and pickles. They all get cooked with HEAT.

I still say it's raw fish.
