I'd be happy to have you for a neighbor, Boo! You've gone above and beyond for that neighbor that needed you. My brother did that once. Nobody had seen my parent's neighbor for a while, so my parents wanted to check on her (she was an elderly woman and an alcoholic, living alone) - my brother was in college at the time - he had to break a window and found her in bad shape. She'd fallen and broken her hip and couldn't move - she'd been there for a few days already. She had to get a hip replacement and couldn't live on her own anymore.

10 kids + 1 foster kid for a total of 11, but the oldest kid is now in college at not at home, so yes 10 at home.

And I think I'd like you as a neighbor, too, Belle!

That is what is so scary about the elderly, luckily, I found a window open just a hair.
And I think she'd lay there all night, and I think I had gotten there just in the nick of time, she wasn't breathing.
Well, really, thank goodness for her friend that went to visit and then came and got me, otherwise, circumstances would be very different now.

ha ha, did I tell you she is teaching her sister how to drive her car?
Her sister only knows how to drive a clutch car, and hers is an automatic.
Its soooooooo funny, normally people can not drive clutch cars and have no problem learning to drive automatics.
She is 86 teaching her 80 yr old sis to drive.
They both are such sweet ladies.

And it was funny when the sis from Sweden was telling me about the snow and how everyone's snot was frozen. So comical.

They had not seen each other for over 10 years.
I wish her sister could move here.
They are such fun.

Awww! That's so cute!

My mom is funny - she went from driving a clutch to automatic and she didn't have any problems, but she has a habit of thumping her left foot on the floorboard all the time looking for the clutch. Us kids think it's hilarious! We're always saying, "Something wrong with your clutch, Mom?"

That is funny, Belle.
I think that may be why she drives so jerky, she is stomping on the brake!

Mostly, I drive an automatic. But there are times, after I drive a clutch for a bit, my foot will look for that clutch when I get back in my automatic.

Just like going from a colom shifter to a between the seats shifter, I reach in the wrong spot. Oh, and the window button, either on the door or between the seats, life can be so confusing at times.

Alrighty then, I gotta get to work.
bagels for breakfast, chicken nuggets for lunch. 6th grade on a field trip today, so some sack lunches to make, not many, mostly they bring their own.

After work, I take son to see his new car he's gonna buy!

Have a great day!

I am working on flyers for a fundraising mail out and watching Nancy Today Utube videos, she is such a goober. What is scarey is seeing people on the soaping thread are actually using her tutorials.
