We're at the end of a narrow road, but the bus comes right down to my driveway to pick up and drop off. The kids can wait in the house if it's rainy or cold.

Our street is a dead end, so the bus must back up into my neighbor's long driveway to turn around.

That's not good, especially since you started a new job and have to pretend to be sweet and agreeable. Is she still in a snit because she can't drive Chatterbox to school?

Kids get picked up for school at 6:45 am. Makes the house quiet then. The littles get home around 4:25 pm. The oldest 3 have various afterschool crap and DH picks them up on his way home.

They do sleep on the bus in the morning apparently.

What did the MIL do to angrify you? Or shouldn't I ask?

I thought there was a hissyfit about driving to school, then ditching the baby in the garage.

Sorry, but if my MIL tried that, she would be out on the streets. I'm a nasty person like that, but no one threatens to harm my kids without facing the wrath of an evil Southern girl.

MIL said she would take E to school and pick up. Then Shane said she couldn't drive. (He did NOT take away her keys, just told her she couldn't drive our kids or drive around the school).

So her way of getting back was to "misunderstand" and think we only meant she had to pick E up. Afterall, why would we need someone to take him TO school if we are both out the door by 630 and school starts at 830?

HO.

So she refused to do BOTH, as pushing the thumb button on the scooter TWICE a day was toootoootoooootooooo exhausting.

She's too handicapped to turn the knob from turtle to rabbit, apparently.

Wow. Just wow. She can just ride her scooter back and forth and it's too much for her to handle? How was she going to pick him up if she didn't take him to school? Does your husband have any other siblings she could go live with?

What did you end up doing to get Ender to school and back?

So 3 y/o wants to be a Zombie Princess for Halloween. Fine, good.

The boys, I have no idea, I know it's something to do with robots, but they are making their own, so I'm staying out of it.

6 y/o wants to be Princess Aurora. Then got 14 y/o to agree to go as Malifcent. I think they want to take Thomas as Diablo.

My children are in serious need of help.
