I think it's harder for men to judge weight gain and loss by pant size, because for a lot of you the pants sit around your hips anyway, which is not typically where you gain the weight. I am so impressed that you've lost that much weight Boyd!

I'm getting there. Not there yet, but getting back to my wedding pics is what I am aiming for. 190lbs roughly.. Doc wants me at about 145-160ish but he's fulla hogwash.

I wish I had pics of me when I was on a 4500 calorie diet when I worked for spartan foods. The wedding pic shows me as an average sized guy lol. But that job was so physical, and I hit the weight bench everyday at lunch.. My suit coat... 44longx54 chest. Pic doesn't show it but wife complains when I lay on my back. Says I hog the bed.. and its a queen size. Maybe I should kick the dog off next time she complains?

DH hogs the bed also. It's a California King. I admitted defeat. I sleep on top of him. He doesn't complain or hog the blankets. I am comfy and warm.

At work, we have to wear ESD safe gloves and I am inbetween the large and xtra large. The large cuts off the blood on my wrists, but the XL is too long in the fingers by like 3/8 of an inch or so. I hate that.

Darn, thanks anyway! DH is between a 2 and 3 XL, depends on brand. Impossible to find.
