I had a Jillian Michaels tape from a few years ago. I gave it to the freebie rack at the library.

Why, you ask? Because she has this "warmup" move - I think she calls it a windmill or something. You stand with your arms straight out from your sides, then wham, bend over and touch your foot with opposite hand, then back up and do the other side and at a pretty good pace. This is NOT a safe warmup move. It's almost never safe at the speed she consistently does them in. That kind of hammy and lower back move is best done slowly and after a general cardio warmup.

Jillian might have a lot of good ideas, but that ain't one of them.

Made dinner leftovers into lunch today. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Even made a new batch of crescent rolls.

Sadly when I was off making lunch my inbox exploded. They are actually going to make me WORK today. Darn them.

....after lunch, that is.

I had half of a leftover turkey sub from lunch yesterday. The raspberry vinaigrette did not age the bread well.

I ended up tearing it apart.

I've been so good about limiting my sweets the last couple of weeks, but today I am having a MAJOR cookie craving. Help.
