I'm a bit over 17 weeks. We're supposed to have the ultrasound scheduled for the very beginning of July, but my doctor hasn't scheduled it yet and I'm getting anxious waiting! I'm dying to know if it's a boy or girl.

Drs around here usually schedule it between 18-22 weeks. My Dr likes to have it done between 18-20 weeks, so I'll be about 19 weeks if we ever get it scheduled!

Anyone know a solid cure for foot cramps? I've been eating bananas, drinking plenty of water, and I don't see how lack of salt could be an issue (suggestion from DH).
I had a series of foot cramps that had me up and walking around the house from 4-5am this morning
They were so strong that I could feel the tendons popping out from around my ankle.
And my foot still aches and feels twitchy from all that stress. Hopefully Alleve will calm it all down.
