I don't mind taking their money--I am just not going to take a permanent job there by screwing my employers out of their finder's fee. It is unprofessional and unethical. No matter how much I try to stay a nobody, I have come to realize I am a meduim-sized dog who has run with the big dogs, peed in the tall grass, and is fairly well known in the industry. The people who know me know I want to help those who need it, but wont take a job if it means doing something I find professionally untoward, or would ruin my rep.
What I don't get is that these folks seem clueless how unethical they are being. Don't they understand every time they pull me into a meeting and ask me to ditch my recruiter, everyone knows about it? Even if I never say anything?
PS- the kid cant be that smart if he can't remember to keep his fingers out of his nose.
