It may also have been that I despised the girl who kept saying it the wrong way more than I actually despised it being said the wrong way...

Content vs delivery system.


It's 9:30 in the morning and I'm on my 4th fun-size Baby Ruth...
Aunt Flo hasn't even arrived yet. I'm pre-medicating with chocolate, nuts, and that chewy stuff in the middle.

The dentist will love me at 3pm when she has to scrape that chewy stuff off...

I too get sick of hearing phrases like that. Lately the one I can't stand is "To tell you the truth..." what is that supposed to mean. If you don't start by saying that phrase am I supposed to assume you aren't telling the truth every time you speak.....Dahhh

Pink Floyd would be pleased.

Yes, the chickies are being spastic. The broody hatched 4, then I hatched 4. The broody's 4 made the bator 4 into nervous wretches. So sad. They come out of the bator talking to me and snuggling into my hand, and then 2 hours later they are running into the brooder walls to avoid me. <sigh>

I will win them over.

OOooOooOo, I hate "Nothing personal but..." or "Don't take this the wrong way..."
If you have to start a sentence that way KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!! You are about to hurt some feelings or start a fight!!!
