I have a heater running under my desk, blowing directly on my legs. So warm. So glorious.

It's always a bit cold in here as well. except yesterday when I was having hot flashes, LOL. Or maybe I was just annoyed with my customers.

why is it so cold in there? I think you need to go sneak and find the thermostat and crank that baby up...wear gloves so it's not traceable.

I thought you were too young to have hot flashes?

and I found out it's not good to put the butt warmer on in the van when slightly medicated and drowsy as is...so the heater went to a/c the other day just to make it to the next dr.

I have a leaky window behind me that doesn't help hold the heat. And if I leave the space heater on very long, my eyes start to feel dried out and like they need to rest for extended periods of time. As this resembles sleep, and makes coworkers uncomfortable, I have to turn off the space heater every so often.

get one of those shrink wrap plastic window wraps...you know the kind you heat up with a hair dryer...do you think that would help your leaky window?

and blast it!!! I hate when people notice things you try to do. My dad was ALWAYS turning the heat down when he came home from work and us kids always turned it up when he left. We slept in sweatpants, 2 pair of socks, and 3 blankets. But that was because he was a polar bear, I don't remember anything about hot flashes. Now my sister on the other hand...she touches me during one of hers and I'm like OUCH IT BURNS! IT BURNS!

I'm cold because I'm tired. The other day I turned the heat up in the store and a girl came in and was like, wow it's subtropical in here.

17 hours??? what? That is crazy.

subtropical makes people have to put on shorts in the winter.
