I am sitting on my couch, still in my PJs....watching CSI: Miami, eating leftover pizza and drinking dr pepper straight from the 2 liter bottle. If only my customers could see me now......

Anybody here have a daybed in their house? We are getting a free one and I don't know if daybeds need special sheets or stuff.

My parents have one....it used regular twin bed sheets.

yes, twin bed sheets.

I think though, there may be special bed skirts and blankets made for the day beds having a long flat edge for the back and more of a ruffle or what have you for the front to drape.

I just use twin bed stuff because that's what I have. I did have a quilt my mom gave me that is for a queen bed and has flat edges all around so I tuck it in the back and then it drapes long in the front...I like it like that.

Well, when you visit, you will have the nice Queen bed in the guest room, but will lounge on the new daybed in the study. Said study also has mini-fridge, microwave, hot water maker. Stay as long as you want.
