Laree, that's fantastic! I would have such a tough time if I were feeding someone else yummy things. And with kids, you have to feed them "yummy" or they won't eat it.

My lunch: 10 leftover reject cherries and 8 office Triscuits with peanut butter because I had so much on my mind this morning that I totally forgot about bringing lunch.

My feeling about weight is that as long as it's gradually decreasing, you are on your way to a better feeling life. It's the inching up trend that's horrible.

Oh drat. One morning I weighed myself before breakfast and then again after breakfast. 2 pound increase. Breakfast was a yogurt smoothie and a huge glass of water (pre-workout). All liquid weight!

You trapped too?

Yeah, for a while anyway until I can come up with a good excuse to leave too. I do think I have a rib out which has, in turn, thrown my back out and hubby says I can't come home tonight unless I get into a chiropractor. I am still debating on it, I have never been to one, but I didn't sleep last night either.

Oh Michelle, I'm sorry about that. Does it hurt when you inhale deeply?

Yes and there is a constant dull pain in my left rib area, as well close to the center of my back. I tolerated it well yesterday and really didn't notice it really bad until I got in bed last night. Then it was on, I didn't sleep hardly any at all last night. The good news is that I made it to work on time, being up at 5:45 am, I was more than ready when it was time to go to work!

I agree! And if you are like me, take the loss however it comes, even if it is temporary! Keep trying and don't give up!

Did you recently take a bad step or lift something ridiculous?

i am getting there with the fatness thng. I gained 55 pounds with each kid. I lost all plus some with Ender, but had gestational diabetes with Ronin, so the fat just lingers, and lingers. BuUUUUT, the diabetes is gone, so

for that.

My old fat doctor wanted me down to 155, but at 165 I looked anorexic. So, my goal is 170-175. I am 5'11", so anything lighter than that is asking for trouble. when I did the pwer-lifting thing, 185-190 was the norm, but I could squat a volkswagon.

this is usually a pinched nerve for me. sometimes my neck is out of place and it shows in the "diaphram" part of my back...you know...the "wiping front to back" muscle.

Can you go get adjusted, a massage, and a margarita?

Not that I can remember, but I am clumsy. When I woke up yesterday morning I said to Destiny, "wow, I must have really slept well last night because I am sore this morning." Not realizing it was a soreness that wouldn't just fade as the morning wore on. I have been really exhausted this past week anyway and I am not sure why. Thank goodness for a 3 day weekend!

I agree about losing TOO much weight. I once got down to 116 and although my thighs looked great, my face was.... scary.

Um, when you squatted the Volkswagon, were there people in it or no....
