Michelle, "exhausted" means sleeping very heavily - sleeping very heavily means you don't wake up when you are laying all wrong and something starts to suffer for it. I think the two go together. Get a massage (hot oil please), see a chiropractor, take 12 days off and lounge in the sun with a margarita in each hand. If that doesn't fix things, nothing will and amputation of the general area is the only remedy.

Usually I get over it in a day or so, but with the long holiday weekend, I don't know if it is worth the risk to not go. I am just being a big baby.

So, seriously, would a massage help if I have something out of place or do I have to go to a chiropractor? I have a massage therapist as a client I could call...

I agree about losing TOO much weight. I once got down to 116 and although my thighs looked great, my face was.... scary.

Um, when you squatted the Volkswagon, were there people in it or no....

Do tell. I am impressed already!

Do you have one of those big blowup exercise balls? If you do, try laying over one belly down with limbs hanging loose. Stay there for a while and breathe deeply. Then lay over it belly up, very carefully, and let your limbs hang. Breathe deeply. Try to look for any muscles that might be flexed or tensed up and purposely make them relax. Breathe more. If something really hurts during this, stop right away and see a professional. My method is the inexpensive way to see if I can cure weird stuff in my own back.

We actually do have one of those in the basement here at work. It is worth a try, I just hate doctors of any kind. I just laid down flat on the floor trying to stretch it out, but that didn't help. Des just stood over me yelling "go to the chiropractor already!"

[pretending to be Batty] Yes, I'm in today. I'm very busy here at the store, we are making tons of money and having a wonderful time. And amazingly, our bills have been paid by some anonymous philanthropist and we are home free. I should also mention that we won a free trip to New Zealand. Thank you for asking.

oooooohhhh someone's been int eh wacky tobaccy! Yes I'm here I've been in and out. Working mostly. I have gotten stuff checked in and accounting caught up and now I'm working on website. Check it out www.the tackrackky.com . I'm uploading saddles right now.

Guys, I am getting out early now. I get to go home and then go clean a neighbor's house up the street.
I'll try to get on BYC over the weekend or Monday afternoon.

Michelle, I think I massage might be FABBBBBulous, and so would an adjustment. If you can do either one, go for it.

Laree, you are a gem and yes, take your successes wherever they are, no matter how they are handed to you. Any success gives a person hope (from my own experience). Love you guys,
Laura

Still working. Laree cool about the weight stuff. I used to be more fit. I'd go to the gym 5 days a week when I was in college. I could bench press A LOT!!! But, then I got broke and couldn't stay in school and so no more free gym. I'm only 5'5" and according to the gov't I'm severely overweight. But then this is the same gov't who's "food pyramid" for people "healthy eating" is the same on the bag for "fattening" hogs. So I take no stock in what they say. I'm a size 18/20 and wouldn't mind dropping to a 16, but that is me. I've been this size for years. I've gone up and down(especially w/ kids) but it's me. Who I am. even when I was working out relentlessly and eating nothing but chicken and xenadrine, I was only down to a 16/18. Although, things have shifted in recent years. NOT THRILLED with that at all but what do you do?
