I'll probably dust them with Sevin the night before to make sure.

how long do you throw out eggs after dosing them? I'm considering doing a strong deworming in the fall when I dose my horse. I'd like to basically worm all my animals at the same times this way one doesn't expose the other etc....​

I've been reading anywhere from 0-14 days. Since Ivermectin is approved for human use, it's not dangerous for humans to consume the small amount that would show up in the eggs, but there's always a chance that the dead and dying worms that are being expelled from the chickens might find their way into the reproductive tract and make their way into an egg and that's just so gross I can't imagine it, so I wait 2 weeks.

There's nothing wrong with hatching the eggs laid during this time. Anyone want a box of free hatching eggs? Let me know...
