On hold with Dell support for over half an hour before someone answered. His response after 2 minutes of verifying stuff--I can't help you because you don't have internet access. So I've been on hold for over a half hour more and am still waiting. My daughter is letting me use her computer. I love my daughter.

I'm not on dial-up tonite, and I'm at home!
DS is good with computers and he got this thingy and an antennae on my roof and I can run off his comuter in the other room. Well, no, not off his computer, just his wireless network he has.
