This is the conversation I just had with my 9 year old. Did I say the right thing? I don't want to tell her I'll be friends with daddy because I'm sad and angry right now and I don't see us ever becoming friends---just getting along. I mean...right? I didn't say your dad's a rotten son of a bleep and he used to put holes in the wall and spit on me. I kept it for the children's ears, hearts, and minds...didn't I?

What station is hoarders on? I've only seen that show once.
Do the rat hoarders have a bunch of rats?

It's on A&E.....some dude had 3 rats and they got loose, chewed a hole through his wall and started multiplying....now there are 2500 of them. Running loose in his house. Chewing through the walls. He throws food out on the floor and this horde of rats descend from every crevice. If you sit down they start crawling all over you.

Once my mom bought us a pet rat. She was preg and we didn't know it till she had babies.
We used to let them run loose around our room.
We got up to 21, but no more.
Hmmm, don't remember what happened to them all.
Oh yea, sold them back to pet store.

I loved my rat!

I'm flipping through channels to see which one is A&E, cuz I don't know what # it is.

Probably too early here to be on yet though.

Oh yea, and my sisters rat would steal her things and take them into his cage.

I used to have pet rats when I was young. They are neat little critters. But my sister and I had 2 between the 2 of us. Both boys. This guy started with 2 girls and a boy and has 2500 now. They are EVERYWHERE. Go to the A&E website and watch the preview video.
